(Coach Keith does not know all the technological Microsoft terms for things that I have discovered over my long track record of discovering any tool or shortcut that I could, to save time and get more projects competed before a deadline.)

After initial Interview and “Computer Coaching Sessions” similar to “Tech Support” has been successfully completed, Additional “Coaching Sessions” are available at mutually convenient sessions on a specific schedule.

ALL sessions are set up to be Self-Pace for the Student. All the ‘Fat’ will be trimmed from what is offered in specific Microsoft Courses.
Students do not have to adhere to the schedule of the Instructors at Microsoft Courses. Coaching students are free to choose their own time to learn new skills etc.

You would be paying out at the very least, $315.00 per Course times 5 Courses or $1,575 to get taught like getting a drink of water from a firehose. How much of that forced water could you swallow for nourishment or truly quench that amount of thirst that you have TODAY
Would you be comfortable spending over $1,500 and a minimum of 5 hours to learn ONLY WHAT MICROSOFT WANTS YOU TO LEARN?
In most cases, you learn so much intricate details about aspects of Computers or Internet that you will never need and probably never use.

Maybe you are not a fast 100 word typist using all 8 fingers and 2 thumbs- Like me and you just wrote several words in a Microsoft Word Document while seeing the keyboard more than the screen.
You look up and the first letter is lower case and all following letters are UPPER CASE.
Did you know there is a simple “Sentence case tool icon” on top that allows you to change any text that is highlighted to:
lowercase
UPPER CASE
Capitalize Every Word

In about 5 seconds you can select that tool and continue writing without losing your track of thought about what you are writing.

After the Potential Student receives and completes the Questionnaire or Completes the Online Survey, to pin down the Student’s experience level, what they want or need to learn now, a quick lesson plan is set up...
By knowing these details about the Student, Both the Coach and Student can save a lot of time and money by making the first “tech Support Session” short and sweet.
Then perhaps the Student would like to set up a schedule of “Coaching Sessions”
on a specific ongoing schedule of half hour “Coaching Sessions” for additional skills, tips, and tricks.

Microsoft Excel Example:
You are working on a Microsoft Excel Spreadsheet and your project would be such more valuable if you could just sort a group of Columns or Rows to Prioritize them or follow chronological order better- or whatever.
A “tool icon” can be positioned where you like it best and use it to select a group of rows to be sorted in a manner that allows your spreadsheet to make more sense to the readers.
Select those rows and choose the tool that allows you to sort by certain columns
And you choose what order to sort the selection in.
You can even add more columns to do a secondary sort- or as many columns as you like can be sorted. You can do it multiple ways because YOU CHOOSE every aspect of sorting rows to make the project look more orderly.

For every session that is less than one hour that we can get you trained to your Satisfaction, we will Prorate our hourly rate on your bill and only charge you for the actual time spent.

I can actually do most of the steps to teach all students “hands on training” by controlling their Computer.
For those Students or Clients that are very insecure about doing that, they can just view my screen as I do the steps LIVE and they can take notes at their own pace. You will find that Coach Keith is a very Patient Coach.
Instead of having to enroll in Microsoft Certified Courses for hundreds of dollars and learn 10 times more unnecessary lessons than they will ever need or use –
in a stuffy classroom environment following a strict regimen mostly designed for total beginners, OR doing the Courses online…

Once the Coach and Student spend some time together, it will make it possible to charge a reasonable fee per project instead of an hourly rate.
